At Belmore Court & Motel, our top priority is for each of our guests to have an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe stay. To ensure we provide high-quality accommodations and excellent service, we have established standard terms and conditions that apply to all bookings. Our terms and conditions allow us to make everything as seamless as possible while also protecting both our guests and our family-owned business.
We aim for full transparency by outlining what we expect from guests and what they can expect from us. Our goal is to create an environment where guests of all backgrounds feel welcomed and can enjoy the best of Irish hospitality. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
A swipe of a credit/debit card (pre-authorisation) is required on check-in to be held against the cost of the room plus any extra costs, breakages or noise problems. This could take 5-7 working days for your bank to release. A £100 cash deposit could be used instead.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee: –
Less than 48 hours prior to 3 pm on the day of arrival, the client will be charged the first night’s stay.
Please note: internet exclusive, advance purchase and other special offers may be non-refundable and non-transferable (this will be clearly stated in the package details when booking). Online Travel Agents terms and conditions may also differ.
Rooms not claimed by 8 pm on the night of arrival will be re-let without further reference except where prior notice has been given.
Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11 am on the morning of departure.
Please inform us if you require ground-floor and/or wheelchair-accessible rooms when booking.
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management’s permission. Failure to do so may void your booking.
All rooms are non-smoking. £150 charge will be issued for smoking in the room.
Covered by the basic charges are electricity and gas, duvets, pillows and bed linen, and kitchen equipment.
The apartment and its contents must be left clean and tidy. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.
All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.
The occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other occupants. A charge of up to £300 will be applied if there are issues.
The Belmore Court & Motel staff may visit the accommodation when required.
Pets are permitted in selected standard rooms, agreed on booking, with a surcharge of £25 for the duration of stay (max 2 pets per room).
Should any guest lose any belongings during their stay or incur damage to their property, the provision of the hotel proprietors act 1956 will apply, if we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot contact the owner and an item is not reclaimed with 8 weeks of the guest’s departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.
We do not cater for stag or hen parties.
