With recent news that a local Enniskillen chef Marty McAdam is opening two new quirky restaurant concepts in the home town. Marty McAdam was introduced to cooking when he went to his work experience at Franco’s in Enniskillen as a teenager.
The Street Kitchen is one of the new restaurants which will be open, this will mainly be open from 9-4 and be focused around serving brunch with its own street kitchen twist. The Street Kitchen will shortly follow into The Paget on a Saturday night, a completely different restaurant offering a 20 course tasting menu!
