GUEST ROOM SANITISATION PROCEDURES
In addition to our normal cleaning program, we wish to inform you that our award-winning housekeeping team are implementing an additional anti-bacterial cleaning plan including an extra focus on touchpoints including phones, tv remote, pens, etc. and other additional touchpoints to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
During your stay housekeeping is available as normal but solely on a request from 9am to 3pm. Rooms will not be serviced and staff will not enter your room during your stay unless you specifically request service by contacting reception or by leaving the 'Please Service' sign on your door. Please submit your service request by 12noon for same-day service. Guests may also request additional towels or other items and this will be brought to your door and left outside.
Should you wish to have a service we ask that you vacate your room during the service.
Housekeepers will be wearing masks and gloves (changed after every room) and like all other team members will be having their temperature checked every morning.
All public areas will be fogged twice daily including the foyer, reception, breakfast room, lifts, staircases, corridors, public toilets and back of house areas.
Hand sanitizers are found at the entrance, reception and throughout the building.
