Once you have confirmed your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from our reception team regarding your stay. Please check all the details are correct and contact us if there are any changes. If you have made a breakfast inclusive booking you must pre-book a breakfast time slot before arrival.
In the event that you need to change the date of your pre-paid short break to Belmore Court & Motel due to COVID-19, our ‘Change Of Plan Promise’ means you can transfer your booking to a new date, without any cancellation fees, provided changes are made 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
Additional charges may apply based on your alternative arrival date.
All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.
In addition to our normal cleaning program, we wish to inform you that our award-winning housekeeping team are implementing an additional anti-bacterial cleaning plan including an extra focus on touchpoints including phones, tv remote, pens, etc. and other additional touchpoints to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
As a final step, we shall also conduct a fogging sanitisation of your room including the bathroom/ensuite prior to your arrival. Once this has taken place the room will not be reentered in advance of your arrival. Fogging is a process through which we can make sure the rooms are 99.0% free from bacteria, fungi and viruses.
Once this has taken place, the room will not be reentered prior to your arrival.

In advance of your arrival, you will receive a pre-arrival email. Within this email will be an ‘invitation to provide your check-in details’ which we kindly ask you to complete prior to your arrival so that we can provide a contactless check-in.
Rooms are available from 3pm. Payment will be taken on or before arrival.

Face-coverings are required in all public areas (except when in your room or seated at breakfast).
You can also download our new App to help prepare for your visit and to make your stay more enjoyable.
Upon arrival, you will notice that screens have been installed at reception and that all of our team members will be practising social distancing.
All guest are required to wear a face-covering on entry to reception and within the public areas of the building. There is NO requirement to wear a face-covering when you are in your room or seated at breakfast.
We look forward to welcoming you to stay with us and for your safety, we have installed safety screens at our reception desk and all our team members will be practising social distancing.
We are offering a contactless check-in service and your details will be prepopulated on the registration form but there is no need to sign.
Payment will be taken on or before arrival and the credit card terminal will be sanitised before and after use. Card payments are preferred.
The Key/Key Card and holder will be sanitised before issue.
All public areas will be fogged twice daily including the foyer, reception, breakfast room, lifts, staircases, corridors, public toilets and back of house areas.
Hand sanitizers are found at the entrance, reception and throughout the building.
The lift and buttons are regularly sanitised and fogged throughout the day.
Guests are asked NOT to travel in the lift with others outside their party.
You can leave your key in the checkout box at reception. The reception team are on hand with any comments/suggestions you may have.
Guest room sanitisation procedures

During your stay housekeeping is available as normal but solely on a request from 9am to 3pm. Rooms will not be serviced and staff will not enter your room during your stay unless you specifically request service by contacting reception or by leaving the ‘please service’ sign on your door. Please submit your service request by 12noon for same-day service. Guests may also request additional towels or other items and this will be brought to your door and left outside.
Should you wish to have a service we ask that you vacate your room during the service.
Housekeepers will be wearing masks and gloves (changed after every room) and like all other team members will be having their temperature checked every morning.
