Upon arrival, you will notice that screens have been installed at reception and that all of our team members will be practising social distancing.
All guest are required to wear a face-covering on entry to reception and within the public areas of the building. There is NO requirement to wear a face-covering when you are in your room or seated at breakfast.
We look forward to welcoming you to stay with us and for your safety, we have installed safety screens at our reception desk and all our team members will be practising social distancing.
We are offering a contactless check-in service and your details will be prepopulated on the registration form but there is no need to sign.
Payment will be taken on or before arrival and the credit card terminal will be sanitised before and after use. Card payments are preferred.
The Key/Key Card and holder will be sanitised before issue.
All public areas will be fogged twice daily including the foyer, reception, breakfast room, lifts, staircases, corridors, public toilets and back of house areas.
Hand sanitizers are found at the entrance, reception and throughout the building.
The lift and buttons are regularly sanitised and fogged throughout the day.
Guests are asked NOT to travel in the lift with others outside their party.
CONTACTLESS CHECK OUT
You can leave your key in the checkout box at reception. The reception team are on hand with any comments/suggestions you may have.
If you experience any COVD symptoms during your stay we kindly ask you to stay in your room.
