Blake’s of the Hollow

It is a must see attraction which has graced Co.Fermanagh’s shores for over 125 years. The bar keeps its tradition to the best of its ability and yet suits all different age groups. The snugs are a testament to this, crowded with groups of people looking for a famously poured pint of Guinness or a delicious Irish coffee. Being one of Co.Fermanaghs oldest pubs, Blakes of the Hollow is heavily linked to Discover Northern Ireland, Ireland’s official tourist board. Boatyard Distillery

The distillery started producing their signature gin experience. The recipe is a modern lens on a quaint world of distilling with a nod to traditional Irish symbolism. Boatyeard have found a haven of special botanicals unique to this part of Ireland and Europe which will install a sense of provenance and industry in the hearts and minds of gin drinkers the world over. This is their new take on the brave new world of gin and especially Irish gin.

The distillery has unfolded as an evocative scene from a picturesque part of Ireland. They are producing seasonal potato vodka from scratch and distilled in a 40ft column. The whiskey is be matured using the perfect combination of organic farm barley and slow maturation.”

Inishmacsaint Beer

We take our name from an island that nestles in the beautiful waters of Lough Erne near the village of Derrygonnelly.

Our range of craft beers reflect the history and character of our local area – carrying on a tradition established by the ancient monks who began brewing beer here on Inishmacsaint over 900 years ago.

Naturally, all our beers are made from the finest ingredients. And we also include our own locally grown hops and herbs when making our extra special batches each year – so you get a genuine flavour of the Fermanagh countryside.

However, our most famous ingredient is the famed waters of Fermanagh’s lakes and streams. Because if it wasn’t for the fine rain that falls on our county, none of our beers would be possible.

Enjoy. Sensibly.
