A swipe of a credit/debit card (preauthorisation) is required on check-in to be held against the cost of the room plus any extra costs, breakages or noise problems. A £50 cash deposit could be used instead. Download our Pre-Authorisation Policy.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee: -
Less than 48 hours prior to 3pm on the day of arrival, the client will be charged the 1st nights stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Internet Exclusive, Advance Purchase and other Special Offers may non refundable & non transferable (This will be clearly stated in the package details when booking). All Advance Purchase reservations are final and require full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No refunds if cancelled or changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of booking and day of arrival for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.
Group Bookings of more than 4 rooms are required to give 2 weeks cancellation notice.
Apartments not claimed by 8.00pm on the night of arrival, will be re-let without further reference excepting where prior advice has been given. Rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11.00am on the morning of departure.
Please inform us if you require ground floor and/or wheelchair accessible rooms at the time of booking. All rooms are non smoking.
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may void your booking.
Covered by basic charges are: Electricity and gas, duvets, pillows and bed linen, also kitchen equipment.
The apartment and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.
All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.
The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants.
Staff of the motel may visit the apartment when required.
