A New and Exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award winning team as Front of House Manager!
Responsible for Front Desk, Switchboard and Night Operations, this is a busy and diverse role which is key to ensuring our guests receive an excellent experience from the minute they step foot in the accommodation, right the way through to departure.
A position of responsibility, it is the job of the Front Office Manager to coordinate, direct and manage all associates and functions within the Front of House team; ensuring due diligence, consistent quality service and profitability is achieved.
This is a hands on role which will require an individual to be part of the customer facing operation whilst also taking Revenue Control responsibilities, Management Responsibilities and working with the strong Team to develop strategy and drive business forward.
The Belmore Court & Motel is an AA & Tourism Northern Ireland Four Star Guest Accommodation based in Enniskillen. The team at the Motel really know how to go that extra mile for their guests making the accommodation a home from home for guests.
