REPORTING TO: Management Team & Manager
OVERALL PURPOSE: To achieve and maintain the standards and services as set out by the Manager regarding the company vision and mission. To be responsible for the smooth and efficient running and the security of the hotel during the night. To prepare and look after the breakfast area in the morning. To set up for conference/meetings as per the rota.
SALARY: £8.25 - £9.10 per hour.
Negotiable with experience and satisfactory professional references
CONTRACT: This is based on 31.5 hours per week, working 3-4 out of 7 shifts including weekends as per rota
LOCATION: Belmore Court & Motel, Enniskillen and the Lodge at Lough Erne

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Fluent English Speaker
Essential skills in English language and Maths
Ability to work weekends
DESIREABLE CRITERIA: Training or formal education in a hotel environment
Previous Night Time work experience
Level 2 – Health & Safety at Work
Fire & Safety Prevention
Knowledge of the hospitality sector
Customer care skills
